Refund Policy

We have a 3 days & 7 days return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. 7 days is only applicable on purchase of a complete PC set.

For gaming chairs only replacement is applicable, no refunds will be there for gaming chairs. If the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty then return/refund will not be applicable. Buyer needs to bring the issue to our attention either by emailing us (preferred) or by calling us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

Please note that 15% restocking fees will be charged, provided that the returned item is in original condition.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.

 

Return Policy:

  • Cyberrig.in Return Policy is implied only where the product have defect or damage. We do not accept returns in case of wrong selection made by customer.
  • Customers may be asked to send the product back, in case the reverse pick up cannot be honored due to operational restrictions. Return shipping charges will be reimbursed in the form of CyberRig.in store credit.(Before shipping you have to take confirmation for charges from our team then only ship the products)
  • No Cancellation or Return on wrong selection post delivery. All customers are requested to check specifications/configuration requirements.
  • CyberRig.in has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by CyberRig.in and accepts CyberRig.in decision regarding the cancellation. Products once dispatched cannot be returned.
  • CyberRig.in Return Policy is applicable but with 15% restocking fees. Customer will get replacement in case of faulty product received by customer, if in case customer wants to return the product it will attract Cancellation/Restocking charges (15% on Product value). Cases where the wrong selection was made by the customer, will also be considered discretionary returns and may attract Cancellation/Restocking charges (15% on Product value).

  • Cancellation of order post procurement/prior to delivery may attract up to 15% restocking charges.
  • In case of wrong selection of product by the customer, the return request may not be considered post delivery of the product.
